In May we completed the purchase of the Wellington Arms pub and introduced the plans to give the tired old pub a new lease of life in the form of an eight bedroom guest house and four flats.
The primary focus for this project was to give back to the community by working together with the local authority to provide high quality emergency accommodation to individuals who may find themselves in a crisis situation.
A few months have passed with our team hard at work to completely transform the property during this time and we are delighted to present the finished guest house.
