The backend of June saw us bring you part 2 of the Bringing Buildings To Life blog, where the transformation from stables to flats was moving along quickly.
July saw the second fixes of plumbing, electrics and joinery take place concurrently, and the kitchens and bathrooms being installed. Following this came the finishing touches of the flooring and carpets as well as the decorating being completed.
We are at a stage now where we can now present the finished article, as this rundown shell of a building has now become modern and light living accommodation ready for furnishing and tenants which will be handled by our in house lettings team.
In fact, the upstairs flat was snapped up before officially going to market thanks to the high quality attention grabbing finish on the property.
